We decided to take the Rotrex-supercharged KraftWerks/Skunk2 Honda Fit-R and the KraftWerks S2000 out to Willow Springs Raceway for some winter track abuse January 15th. We had a lot of fun passing $100,000+ vehicles in the little Fit and S2000, and seeing the other drivers faces as drove around them.
The KraftWerks S2000 did more than just pass cars, it ate them up! Even with stock brakes and street tires, the KraftWerks S2000 simply out performed. New M3, F430, etc... It didn't matter...All were eaten by the supercharged 2.2L sports car. The S2000 is already a capable track car, but the extra power the KraftWerks kit adds makes it a Euro killer.
The KraftWerks/Skunk2 Fit-R caught many off-guard. With 200whp on tap in the little Fit, we were catching cars "out of our league." Even with 18 inch wheels and worn-out street tires, our Fit was able to catch and pass some powerful Euro muscle. Once again, drivers stared on in disbelief as a Fit passed them and accelerated away.
