On March 21-22 2009, hundreds of Mazda Miatas converged on Laguna Seca Raceway to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Mazda Miata. What was supposed to be a rainy weekend turned out to be a beautiful weekend for a track day. The guys from 949 Racing were there testing out the soon to be released KraftWerks Miata supercharger kit and giving rides to numerous enthusiasts. The KraftWerks supercharger kit propelled the 949 Miata race car to lap times over 2 seconds quicker than the competition; some of which had turbo charged cars making more horsepower.
